There is apparently a new international signal for "Everything is fine." Carlos Zambrano explained, a day after his belly flop between second and third base:

"If it was a different ballpark, I'd be shy and embarrassed. But when the crowd started laughing and clapping, I was like, 'Don't worry about it. It doesn't hurt.' That's why I jumped twice (in the air)--to let them know I'm fine."

Got it? You jump twice in the air. That means everything is fine.

Carlos Zambrano is nuts (in a good way). But he's still only the third craziest guy from Venezuela after these two guys (in this order):
