A Cubs Winning Streak, For Real

The Cubs have a Seis de Mayo winning streak going now, beating the Nationals 4-3 in 10. It's the first win all season win they trailed after eight innings. With the Brewers win (again), they're still five back - though just 3 1/2 out of the wild card. Regarding the Brewers, the Cubs have won eight out of 10 and picked up exactly zero games in the standings. They have passed every other team in the division and now are second place, with a two-game lead over the third-place Reds (who have better batters than the Brewers). OK, that's 12 different numbers in this post - 13, if you count the reference to 12. 14, if you count 13. Oh, never mind.
