As much as anyone, I fear change. Because change is bad (Got that, Mr. Obama? Your message of change is scaring people!). Nevertheless, change has come to Wrigleyville23 - and hopefully for the better: 1. We have a new header, now smaller and in color. I like it better. 2. We now have three columns, instead of two. Which is 50 percent more columns. That has to be good, right? 3. The left column is dedicated to many of the older features, including the wildly popular Countdown To October, our profiles, the Cubs Blog Coast Guard, more Cubs blog links, other baseball blog links, and the archives. 4. The center column is home to the posts. You know that, because you're reading this. 5. The right column is home to the chat box, which you are encouraged to use more frequently; a new scoreboard widget;and a new MLB stat leader widget. It was going to include a standings widget, but that hadn't been updated in weeks, so it was nixed. More will be added later, but that more or less captures this weekend's developments. Enjoy.
