Cubs Christmas Wish List

Christmas is all but upon us and baseball's free agency period has been void of it's own BAILOUT and things have been slow, save for the Yankees signing on salary greater than the gross national product of Turkmenistan (give or take, figuratively speaking). So, I'm putting together a wish list for Santa Lou and Hendry Claus to have a look at, and I need your help. First, my short list for the Cubs of 2009: 1. A rightfielder that will fill the revolving door since Sammy Sosa's departure. I'm hoping for Jeremy Hermida, but I'll settle for the more realistic and batshit crazy Milton Bradley. 2. If the Cubs can get that big RF bat, I'm hoping that Fukudome can at least repeat his production from last year, but in CF. Well, since it's Christmas, I'm hoping for better than last year's Fukudome--like, 2006 Chinichi Dragons Fukudome. 3. Just let Canadian Dempster's 2008 not be a fluke. And, don't let 2008 playoff Dempster be the real deal. 4. Don't let Joey Gathright get 300 ABs. Well, that's it for me. I'm sure they can still win the Central Division with what they have. Nobody has really done much to help themselves in the offseason, and the biggest threat, the Brewers, have lost their best pitcher and may lose their old stud in Ben Sheets. Well, kids. What you got?
