Andy MacPhail, Peter Angelos and the Orioles have officially become "that guy" from fantasy baseball keeper leagues. That guy being the one who overvalues his players to the point he finishes within two games of .500 every year. He's the guy who refuses to say no to trades. But he's also the guy who never ever pulls the trigger on a trade of consequence. He's also the guy who doesn't answer emails with trade proposals. That guy drives me nuts.
