Cubs.com: Mailbag Out, Comments In

mailbag.jpgAll of the MLB.com pages have done away with their mailbags, much to the chagrin of bloggers everywhere. The questions - and answers - were excellent fodder for a slow offseason day.

Fear not. The team sites, including cubs.com, have enabled comments - allowing everyone with a computer and an ability type to weigh in on the state of their favorite teams (OK, perhaps you don't need to know how to type, judging by this page). Now, they don't even have to wait for Carrie Muskat to answer their questions.

Trading Soriano for anybody would be a upgrade, at least then the Cubs can actually have a leadoff hitter. Young would be a good fit, he would be at short, put Theriot at 2nd....
